I placed an add on kijiji stating that I was looking for a Miniture Pinscher, and the following morning I received a text message from a lady named Natalia Victoria and she said that she had a Min Pin that needed to be adopted. After texting with her for a while she told me that the Min Pin was a 13 week old pup and that she wanted $150.00 for her. I knew by the phone number that she was not local to me so I stated that I was in Ontario and she told me that wouldn't be a problem she would have her shipped to me and I could have her as early as this evening. I asked for her to send me pictures of the pup and when I received them I fell in love with her right away, she was absolutely beautiful. Natalia asked me to email her with my information so that she could pass it on to the delivery service, I supplied her with my information and a few hours later I received another text message from Natalia saying that the transport of the pup had been made and she was now at the delivery agency, and that they would contact me. later in the afternoon I received a phone call from Starway International Pet Travel. Now all of this time I was under the understanding that the fee for the transport would be given upon receipt of the pup, after speaking with the guy from the delivery agency he stated that I had to wire the money before the pup would be sent. I told the guy on the phone that I was not transferring any money to them, that was not what i had discussed with the owner. Of course now I am getting very suspicious with this whole thing, the guy told me that he had emailed me all of the information on how to transfer the money. I told the guy that I had not received his email and he stated that it probably went to my junk mail, which again threw up warning signs for me. I contacted Natalia and told her that I did not trust what was happening and in order for this to happen she needed to pay the transport fee and I would wire her the money when the pup was delivered to me. She text me back asking me why I didn't trust her. I asked her how I could trust this transaction after i found out how the monies were to be paid. Natalia said it's ok I will handle my problem, all I needed was for you to adopt my pup and since you can't I can not allow my pup to suffer. I told her that I hope she finds a very good home to her puppy.
