I have been a loyal cutomer that actually referred family and friends to this company. Over a year now my household goods has been in Pack Rat storage facility. i have paid my payments on time and reveive fair services during the time I have been doign buisness with this company. How the nighmare began, when I called Pack Rat to have my household goods shipped to another storage facility closer to my home. Since my request, I have been getting nothing but the run around, I have been told for almost three weeks now that someone from the facility will give me a call, well like I stated before no calls from anyone. I have requested to speak to a supervisor reference my complaint, no success. I have cried for days over this matter, I fell so useless, Packk rat has completley violated me, mentally. I dont know what else to do, they have charged me out rages fees, I was told that I only have to pay $51.00 a few weeks ago, for the drop off, now I jsut recieved an email that I have to pay over 200.00 for the service, I dont know what else to do. The other storage unit does not want that big container on their property, because of competiton, however PACK RAT does not care. One rep told me that I was able to do same day pick/drop off, but when they called the facility to varifiy the statement, and of course the facility SAID NO way, however, the facility said that they were willing to drop off the container late in the day, and pick up early the next morning. I delevierd that message to my new storage facility so they agreed to it, when I called Pack Rat back a few days later to varify the time I was told, NO again, that they were not able to drop off late, and that it was up to the facility. I have been getting a complete run around with this company and I am doign everthing in my power to let everyone know that yes you will get great customer service when you do busy with them, however, when its time to say good bye, kiss all that good bye...PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DONT GET RIPOFF LIKE I HAVE this company has no loyalty to customers at all, they do nto stand by thier misson statement at all therefore, they have no morals when dealign with society, so please do your homewor PLEASE.
