My husband and I brought into a timeshare back in 2008, at Oak Plantation Resort in Kissimmee Florida. We were deceived to believe we would be getting a beautiful and modern unit. When we came back for vacation we were placed in a unit that was nothing like what we were sold. The unit and furniture was old and the toilet gave us problems the whole time we were in the unit. Our last stay the counter had lots of little bugs crawling around, on top of the food counter. Maintenance came and sprayed the counter in the kitchen with bug spray and left the spray on top of the food counter and floor for me to clean. To make matters worse, the place had big bugs that looked like cocker roaches I contacted a Florida attorney for advice and was informed, what occurred was a Breach of Contract. I was also inform in Florida, there are basically two types of contracts breaches: minor and material. In Florida I have five years to bring this to court. I have been led on by this company long enough and I am ready to go to court, before my time runs out. I would like to start a class act lawsuit against Oak Plantation Resort.
