I puchashed a 2010 Mercedes Benz c300 from Gallery Auto mall in westbury LI the price of the was $23,500. This is what sale rep Josh Shay and I agreed upon. When finacial advisor Sam took over he never informed me about the price of the car. He just told me what my monthy payments would be. After being rushed to sign the contract and misinformed. I later relaized that I was charged actually charged 30,000 for the car not including taxes as Sam lied and told me it did. they are scam artists and treat custemers like a one night stands once they get what they want they never call you back. Ive tried numerous times to address this issue but they keep avoiding me. I even tried manager Steve he never returned my call either. Here is a break down of my contract 30,000 for car + 2,600 for taxes + 3,500 for warenty - 2,600 for the car I traded in which has me finanacing $33,000 which does not add up if my car was truly sold to me at 23,500 as the lying basterds told it would be here is how it should really break down 23,500 +2,600+3,500 - 2,600 =aprroximately 27,500 which is the real price I should be paying that means they over charged me by $6000. I will not stop until they redue my contract and charge me the orignal stated price or I make them go backrupt by telling my story and ensuring no customers buys another car from gallery Auto Mall 500 Old Cuntry road Westbury.
