At HOME REALTY PEGGY NORTH-BROOKER SCAM-holding clinets Hostage Soth bend, Indiana

am selling my home in Indiana. I was using the service of At Home Realty group with agent Francee Foster and Brooker Peggy North. I signed with Francee in March 2011 for her to sign my house. For the last Several months she has done no advertising and had 1 open house. I have done every thing she has told me to do including spending over $30,000 on upgrades. so I did that and she told me to drop the price of my home from $139,000-$129,000 and then it would sell. My daughter contacted her on July 11,2011 to find out what the status of the advertising and to see when Francee planned on doing another open house. Francee did not like that my daughter was questioning her judgement and advertising plans. So Francee said that she would walk away. We accepted that. Knowing that we are not in the home selling business, she had me sign a cancelation of the MLS listing. when we went to another realtor group with a new agent, the agent advise us that Francee need to expire the listing. So when I contacted Peggy North the Brooker she said she could but, wont. Francee Foster wont return any calls. So now I have a house for sale, with no sign out front, no open houses because this firm is holding me hostage. I lost my husband a year ago and need to sell it. This firm is playing games with my life and it seems no one will help.
