I spoke with a man from this company last week, , He really didn't sound like he knew what he was talking about.. He was asking me personal questions and questions about FHA mortgages and when I asked him some questions, , he was tripping over himself and couldn't even answer a simple question.. I got suspicious and asked him where he was calling me from, , he said that he was in California, I told him that I would call him back, , I did some research on the internet and found out that the company isn't even in the United States, they are in Montreal..

They aren't even smart enough to cover their lies, they have job search adds on the internet saying that they are hiring phone reps for their boiler room probably.
For sure this is a scam and I am very happy that I didn't provide any important personal information to these people. They should be in jail. |

I just spoke with a "consultant" on the phone. I just wanted to talk to someone about these notifications letters I have been getting for better loan rates, and basically to tell them to stop harassing me all together. The girl who "was a consultant" quickly turned into a dispatcher, couldn't even connect me to anyone higher than dispatch because she pretty much said there was no one I could talk to. Not an extension to be connected to, not a department I could be transfer to, just www.uvscorporation.com!!! WTF! what type of "business" are they running????!!!

My friend and former roomate M. Decarie worked at UVS, inc and was a sales person in their boiler room in Montreal, , The above comments are accurate, the business is a front for the banks. They put together a marketing strategy to target people with FHA mortgages and they have a scripted sales pitch they go through when receiving incoming calls from their mass Mailer that goes out weekly.. The boiler room people at UVS, inc also formerly called hypotechsolutions.com are trained to make people believe that they are paying too much interest on their FHA mortgages and if they allow UVS, inc to switch them from their bank then they will save them money.. The truth is that they are just agents other banks and that the President ``Fred Arbitol`` is a mortgage broker who put together a telemarketing office in the capito of Boiler Room Scam cities Montreal. They are professional liars and it`s what we did all day was just lie to simple Americans telling them that they are paying too much and baiting them to give us their mortgage.

| www.hypoteclending.com is also www.uvscorporation.com and they change their name often and make new websites under the new name.. It's a boiler room scam outfit operating out of California and Montreal and the owner is a Jew named Peter Arbitol. It's run by Peter and his whole family almost and they delight in Scamming people who are gullible enough to call the 1 866 950 4625 number that appears on both Scam websites.. Mortgage scammers.. beware! |

I had a positive experience with them as well. I guess it depends on who you work with if they are experienced or not. I worked with an agent named Patrick. He was very professional and always kept me informed. He always picked up his phone unlike other people I have dealt with in the past.
I lowered my rate and payment, it took about 4weeks but was pleased with the overall experience.
