Dishonesty, they take your money and don't help you!

I went to next rent to help me find a place to live since I moved from oregon and did not know any of the southern california area's. This place seemed like an amazing and legit place. They were nice, seemed helpful, gave me a list to choose from and said call anytime for questions or for walk throughs. Sounds awesome right, well boy was I wrong. I paid them $180 for them to "find" homes for me to look at, little did I know that they bamboozeled me! I called to look at two homes, never got a call back. I found one I really liked, didn't even want a walk through, said I would take it inside un-seen, where do I sign. No you have to have a walk through, then all the sudden its rented right out from under me while its being "held" for ME! My family and I were living in a 28 ft travel trailer mind you (two small kids, myself and my husband) and they knew this. I find another one I like its on "hold" for me too, never got a walk through, never any phone calls about anything. I was on the phone with them multiple times a day for a month and a half, never viewed one house! They were rude, made you be on hold for 15-20 minutes then pick up and hang up, then not answer when I would call right back, or she (camille) wasn't in the office, off today, on the phone, it was always some lame excuse. I found my house on my own, I filed for a refund request mid august, It is Sept. 27 and still have not heard back from them, and now their phone is disconnected. Do Not Ever Use this company, if they are even still in business, it's a horrible scam.
