Mr. Joe Roberts never sent my products. When I e-mailed the company, his wife, Theresa Roberts, replied that my order was placed on hold because some of the products were on back order. She apologized and offered to substitute the back ordered products. I told her no thank you, just cancel my entire order. This was 2 weeks from the original order date.

They never responded to my cancelation request. I sent additional e-mails and called their 800 number. No one responds or answers. It's been over 30 days since they took my money. I wonder if they are still in business?

Any reputable company will not charge your credit/debit card until they have shipped your order. A reputable company would not keep funds for products it never ships. This company has not shown itself to be reputable. Mr. and Mrs. Roberts are ripping off consumers and should be investigated for their fraudulent activities.

I wouldn not recommend EVER doing business with them.
