The truth is finally surfacing about Seth Greenky and Green Key Management. It pays for potential actors and models to search the internet now before they enter into a contract with agents and managers. Do your homework! This manager manages a small number of clients on both coast but if you'll search the ECourts web site in New York City under the Web Civil Supreme court, and search by the Party's name, you'll see that Seth Greenky has been a plaintiff in several different cases involving his past talent. He's had eight different appearance dates since 1998 and most have been disposed and he now has one Active case against Google, Ripoff Reports and a apparently a former client of Green Key Management. You can download the court's decision in a PDF for public display. His current case is trying to sue Google for printing a report about him via Ripoff Report, which was denied, trying to sue Ripoff Report to release the name of a person who published a report about him, that will be denied as well. He's also apparently suing a former client of his apparently blaming him for publishing the report and trying to get Ripoff report to release the name of the person who published it. Based on the other reports on this company on Ripoff Reports, it seems that the truth is coming out about the way Seth Greenky and Green Key Management does business, treats his clients and structures his contracts. If they try to report him, he enters into litigation against them trying to keep them quiet, threatening them with lawsuits and endless litigation. On his website he only manages 16 talent. He's entered into ligation against five. That's 30% of his talent roster. So if you're smart you will think twice about being represented by this manager. If you choose to do business, you better have a good attorney. Yes there are two sides to every story, but he's been the plaintiff in every case since 1998. Again, do your homework when seeking representation. Search sites like Ripoff Report, BBB, Court records, it pays to know who you're dealing with. Seth Greenky relies on lawsuits to keep his talent quiet but finally actors are speaking out. It will save others a lot of time and money.
