Computer Geeks, LLC work not done, refund promised but not paid Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I took my computer and external drive to Computer Geeks to clean it of a particularly nasty virus. I got a call that it was done and went back to pick it up and was told that the virus was completely cleaned from the system. In the process of cleaning they managed to blow away programs, not just data (which I had backed up twice to another drive). I took my computer to Office Depot and their expert told me that there was still virus in my system -- that Computer Geeks had not really completed the job. So I asked for a refund. They promised a check in the mail even though I had paid with a credit card. Check did not arrive after 3 weeks so I called again and they said they would credit the charge to my card or send a check by courier. That's when I knew they were playing me so the next day I filed a complaint with my credit card company. I have heard nothing from the store since I filed my complaint. I would encourage anyone with a problem computer to go elsewhere. These guys just don't know what they are doing if they can't even tell they didn't get the virus.
