AT&T Store 3555 Geary Blvd. Deceptive Thieves San Francisco, California
31st of Oct, 2011 by User203740
AT&T Store on Geary Blvd ----San Francisco, CA Sold me an iPhone 4 when I stated I'd be upgrading to an iPhone 4S prior to the sale. Within 30 days of purchase, I returned to the store to upgrade my iPhone 4 to a 4S and was told All Sales Are Final and they would not accept the phone back. I was told this my several very rude sales representatives and Joe the manager, an obese individual with a horrible attitude and the WORST customer service skills. AT&T calls this store a franchise that does not have to abide by corporate decisions... AT&T obviously does not police their stores for miserable sales representatives who give their product a bad name. I'm dumping this company whom I've been with for 10 years since they have let their customer support deteriorate in quality of service.
